I've interacted with a number of women that are genuinely very smart and capable women. And they just rule their homes. So it's like the women's ministry is the thing that rules their family. You can very quickly end up establishing a quasi female eldership where you functionally teach the lie that God gave men to pastor the church, but those men can really only pastor the men.
