How Can We Track Disease More Globally?

We need to rely less heavily on global information sharing, especially since china was a little bit reticent to provide complete information sarscove and previous pandemics as well. I think we're just going to need to be a little bit more deliberate about it. If we could have nailed down those key features in mid december, it could have potentially been a month long head start. And that could have made a tremendous difference in our ability to get the handle on some of the early spread.
