Julio Tonone's Notion of Consciousness Has Integrated Information

i want to ask you about tanones notion of consciousness has integrated information. And to my eye, it seems yet another case of someone just trying to ram past the hard problem. i noticed max tagmark wrote a paper that actually took tonony as a starting point. I don't think we uched on consciousness, but he also did a version of this. But what do you is there anything in tanony's discussion here that pries up the lid on the hard problem?
