The Importance of Thermal Sensation in Athletes

It's more about plasma volume and even just the sense the thermal sensation, rather than focusing on hemoglobin mass. Some athletes find heat sessions horrible because they are out of alignment with heart rate. But then we have other people who really see, see, see and feel the benefit of it. And one man has almost done this continuously for two years now. So he's really addicted to it. That will save you a lot of power. It'll be like say that 10 days heat training before the main race.
