Is There a Bug in iOS 13?

When you look at a screen shot, it's not currently the way it looks on the phone. This is largely just a byproduct of for a ridiculously long time. There was this bug in iOS and the bug was if you pull down on the screen to search, like to type out an app that you wanted to pull up instead of tapping on the icon on the screen. So that seems to have been genuinely fixed in iOS 13. I seem to get a 100% success rate on that.
