Do We Just Condemn Themselves? Is That the Dumbest Thing You Can Do?
"We can let people know where we stand without in to malign them," he says. "Can you feel the condescension? Can you feel the pride from above that's probably only going to be responded to with, or answered with pride from below?" In a similar way, are we justifying people's departure in the way we respond to their decision to depart? Are we giving people increased fodder, so to speak, or or further justification?
