The Puzzle Versus the Story Telling

We had a strong negative response when we first introduced the validation system, because we just allowed items to go where we wanted them to go. And someone's like, what about leaving my pots and pans on the stove tops? That's where i leave them at home. Are you telling me that how i organize my own house is wrong? Like, that's, that's very inflammatory. We had to think about how, ok, we are operating in a space that people are really familiar with and have strong feelings about. So we have to be very careful and lenient about what we allow.
