How to Sell Your First Deal on Facebook

If you don't have access to a Facebook investment group in your area, there's other strategies you can do with this. I'm going to send them an individual email and say, I noticed on Facebook, you're buying deals in this area. You have five minutes to jump on the phone and I can run this deal by you. That is how you sell your first deal. Usually after that point, you get another two to three weeks to wait.
