The Benefits of Investing in Water
In our farms, if it's raw crops, it's literally full dirt. And so yes, you can lose a harvest that year, but you will have insurance and we get paid up funds. We have very little risk on the raw crops side. On the permanent crops side, of course, the risk is higher. That's why the target returns are higher. You can have floods, droughts, fires, you name it. But that's what we get paid for, is to underwrite for those risks and to properly manage them.
