The Coherence of the EU's Strategic Autonomy
The EU is trying to be a geopolitical force, but without any security backing. The only real way in which the EU can deal with its neighbours to the east is economically and not through any kind of military commitments. So there is a contradiction, there is not a cohesion in the West, I think, although I think we assume there is a cohesion about the West, but there's not.
