In 2005, Google and Amazon and Microsoft looked at their cogs. If I look at the cogs, who am I paying? And it turns out there was a bunch of hardware providers that had 30% margins or 70% margins. They're like, why am I paying Cisco, these big margins? Why am I paying Dell these big margins, right? So they had the exact same dilemma. For example, AWS, you know nothing about hardware. You don't have the expertise. These guys sell to everybody in the world. You don’t have the economies of scale. It just turns out if the infrastructure becomes parts of cogs, it makes sense to optimize that infrastructure
