Introduction

i saw an up dated list of the most common phobias in our culture. People rank the fear of public speaking higher than they do the fear of death. Throughout my life, i've struggled to tell the truth when doing so end telling the truth could damage me or make somebody unhappy with me. In high school, i sometimes struggled to find the courage to stand up to my friends and do the right thing. But that doesn't mean there's not fear at work behind the facade. Fear of all kinds is a part of life. And your success in life, in large part, is determined by how well you learn to overcome fears.
