The Problems With Predicting Critical Power

The critical power model offers the opportunity to plot what you are sustaining regularly for those set training sessions. Getting an idea of what you're normally turning over and seeing whether that shifts over time. It's also, I suppose, if you're going to use those sorts of data to predict what critical power is. The problem with that is when you make the prescription off that you might end up exercising in the wrong domain. And we talk about some of Phil's stevers work with the W prime balance there is the possibility that you can evaluate how you're exercising and how your fatigue in real time using the critical power model.
