The Importance of Latencies in Computing

Jensen Huang has been saying that if we don't let Chinese firms buy semiconductors then like we're gonna fall behind um but it's particularly not the case if they use compute in Seattle and Singapore. The fear is that they'll always be cut off of the super high-end stuff because it has to be done so latency is a really important part of it.
