Is There a Recommended Dosage of Water?
Water is so intrinsically important to our survival, meaning we can't really do without it for more than a couple of days. Your body has evolved mechanisms with basically loud speakers that say you need to ingest water. And around about 2,100 meals of water per day we bring in through this way. So but that's going to be important later when we talk about other molecules that dissolve in water.
