The Process Is Bad

The process is completely a secret, basically. If you try to raise an issue like we're raising now and say, well, you know, maybe it looks like the plaintiffs are going to win, but it's not a done deal yet. So maybe it's a bad idea to start legislating the issue before it's finished. And one of the reasons that I've seen is because Musk moved his corporation to Nevada. He got for the first time in his life made to do something he didn't really want to do. The laws that are very, very corporate friendly will be very agile and fixing any time that they might lose is a product.
