How Do Coaches Create Knowledge and Creativity?

Coaches have to be able to tap into new sources of insight. Information is everywhere in the park, palm of your hand, 24-7 all the time. Use it as a prompt for further curiosity and inquiry. Don't take our word for it - listen to these ideas but don't take their word for it. You can't be an expert in everything, but i have to have enough reason to make judgment with others out there. And so that's tating the place where my knowledge comes from.
