The ritual aspect of micro animism that i teach which looks a little bit to the one that i do personally because it's linked in with spiritual lineage. It's more of a meditative approach to regarding different facets of the living world particularly ones that you can't see. A really important part of these practices are being able to form a boundary around yourself and what that really means is being able to say no.
