The American Industrial Base and the Ocus Agreement

There is a deep challenge in the American industrial base. It's not just submarines and propulsion systems attached there too. The Chinese Communist Party's intentions will not change as a result of a couple of more nuclear powered submarines in the Pacific. But we've got to make sure that we pat ourselves on the backs efficiently fair enough but tomorrow is another day.
