"I coached commercially very early on you know so three years in really in my riding career and then that got to become a reasonable part of what I did as a business" "After Rio Olympics I moved home back to New Zealand with a very small team of horses but to take a job in New Zealand as a program coach. So since then that's evolved from that high performance coaching and then leading the eventing program and now I'm in the general manager role for uh uh uh a question in sports New Zealand nice"
