Coaches, You Don't Have to Follow the Crowd
When we're crafting something as important as our personal brand, we should really get to make choices. It would be really sad to me if we all have to do the same thing as everyone else. I think especially with coaching in a way that might be less for at least some of the professions is that I think when you're authentic as a coach and you communicate that through your brand, then that's really appealing to the people who might want to work with you. So there's a real authentic integrity be yourself bit here. Absolutely.
