The book is about the sincle digital republicanism, which is a philosophy. And then i propose lots of policies and laws that might flow from it. But it begins by asking what the ideology is that governs the tecen ustry until now. And i call that market individualism. The regulation which has been built around that ideology is plainly not succeeding in protecting us. If we're to have any success in regulating big tackets, ge have to be collectiv.
