What I Love About Puerh Teas

Puerh teas are made from larger, older leaves that can continue to ferment for years. They often have a barnyard flavor, kind of straw or hay to them. The tea is stored away in bricks or cakes and wrappings. It eventually took on a form that we might reasonably refer to as currency among the Tibetans.
