The Importance of Worldly Maps
Simon Wardley designed worldly maps to help people make sense of their environment. He wanted to rid the world of parasitic consultants, he says. The idea is that if you equip executive leaders with the capability of making sense of the world for themselves, then they won't need consultants as much. Consultants won't be a crutch anymore and so will your ability to come up with a strategy.
