I blame Gary V for that. I was looking actually for his books in Greece and they are sold out for many, many decades now because they're from the 50s. He just happened to find one translation here that he's like, I'm getting this. It's called Greek Cookery. There's only one available on Amazon and it's a hard cover for $90.
