How to Produce a Course?

Production is the step where we are recording videos, designing graphics and slides, editing the videos, delivering the cohort. It's funny, because people would tend to start with recording, right? I hear people saying, oh, i'm just starting to think about my course, and i'm recording the videos. And i think i do those ideally, like the day of the last session, or the day before, or a few days before at most. That's when you've done most of the learning, right?
