There was a discussion of public housing in your book, and how market rate housing may not ever be the real solution to some people. There are a lot of people out there who think that this should be the primary way in which we're solving this crisis. How do you think about just direct, publicly owned housing? Youare, again, based on lots of historical evidence. In the us. We have not implemented this well. I'm sceptical that we can do it better.
