This is a pretty well known kind of process that is monitored with most drug therapies, right? Everyone's kind of interested. How long does it work for? What's the mechanism by which this is not working after a while? And so is that the same as receptor involution or is that a different, is that kind of like the mechanism? You basically explained what receptor involution means. But in general, one of the issues with those epic is that it is so potent and innately stimulating to the receptor that you get a higher beta arrest and recruit signal. It's also why it's dose dependent and why you want to use lower doses as long as possible.
