Are Visa and Master Card Increasing Fees?

Vise and master card are increasing interchange fees that will apply to many of these purchases. Master card will also increase fees on more than a dozen in store purchase categories. Small and mid sized super markets will pay higher interchange fees on most rewards cards when those are used by consumers for shopping in store.
