There's a lot of data that is inherently cross domain. And our business processes and our workflows exist cross domain. How are you going to allow governance policies at a cross domain level? If you're basically just saying anybody can do anything they want, it can complete freedom from a governance perspective. I think dangerously, yes, I said that dangerously use the word owner of data within a domain level.
