The Importance of Followers in the Healthcare Industry

I think what I'm trying to get is you don't have to do it for others. You can do it for yourself. For every founder, there has to be a couple hundred employees. There's got to be like the cult leader and the cult followers. But I think in that founding example, those each hundred kind of people that work for that founder, they could have their own kind of creative hobby. Max: What should you look for in potential candidates if you're hiring? We've always talked about these people that have a really accelerated growth curve. And you're a great example of that from where you came two years ago to where you are now.
