When should you be asking your boss questions? When should you just try and figure something out yourself? This is a really good question. I feel like it depends on how high risk that decision is, right? So if you're messing around with technology and you're an entry-level coder or something on our WordPress website and you could break our website, then maybe it's time to maybe not necessarily go to your manager, go to a coworker or someone who could help. But then the key is, as an employee, how can you maybe make a low-stakes mistake, but then immediately show what you've learned and make that change and never make it again?"
