Is There a Less Oil Intensive Way to Fry Your Fries?
When you cut the fries itself, we parboil them in the friar. That takes the moisture out of the fry. And then when you dyou drop em into the friar again,. that brings even more moisture out of french frise. So you're frying your fries twice yoten. Is there a less oil intensive way of doing it? Could you maybe in a by in frys just ready to go? I could. But to me and to the owners, there's a such difference between a fresh french fry and a frozen french fry. Frozen french fry, i'd say probably about 80 % of the moisture's already taken out of em. They won't break
