The Benefits of Being Different in Sales
I don't think you need to have the same personality, the same strengths and weaknesses that they're just further on in echoey. I really don't think that at all. And my experience has been that I've learned the most from people that I am different to. Sales as a clinician is like an absolute nightmare. The plot twist is always like just build an excellent product that you genuinely believe in and then just communicate the truth. That's essentially my sales technique. But obviously, this is not how it works in healthcare. So what we wanted to do, so the company was incorporated in 2012 in Poland.
