I was the policy budget director to finance minister, Morneau, for the first two years of the Trudeau government. We were at that time on the fiscal side, pretty close to if we wanted to come back to balance over the forecast horizon. And then obviously the government took another direction, which was more spending and here we are. This is I teeted out pretty well.
