There are things about the world from a crypto policy standpoint that exists solely to cryptocurrency, right? Sure. And it's obvious that we want to affect those things. But then there'sThings about the world that are just bad for the way banks have traditionally been regulated or the way cash has traditionally been regulated. So I'm especially sympathetic to this idea that we should just fight the Bank Secrecy Act. We should go back to a world where law enforcement just needs to do good old-fashioned policing in order to stop crime. Because that gets Orwellian really quickly.
