The Forbearance Agreements Are Extending, Right?
Fannie and Freddie extended the forbearance agreements as we knew they were. Most of the state moratoriums ended yesterday, August 31st being the end date foreclosures or evictions to start back up again. Minnesota delayed theirs until September 11th on Patriot State. People are so scared and evictions are increasing. This is crazy. And home prices and what 30 markets are just skyrocketing. Hell, realtors are out there. It's a great time to buy a house. Yeah, they're playing their fiddles. Well, you know, narrow places fitter wall, wrong burns, right?
