Cus: We have to accept that north tree as a nuclear armed state. They've said denular d nuclerization is off the table. So how, how can policy makers approach north carea in an attempt to achieve any kind of constructive dialogue? Cus: For negotiations, i think the prospect is still very dim. A very little sign that north korea is interested in engaging the outside world.
