Harris has had a big drop the number of people driving. It's fallen from 60 % of households to ona carte, 35%. London is the only part of the uk. where distance being driven by car has fallen. Everwhere else people are driving more, and london there driving less. So it does basically work in cities. The trouble is the politic summit because an awful lot of the people who are driving into cities live at the outskirts of cities. And you get a lot of protest that follows the implementation of these new rules in cities. You know, you have le gille jon in france, but in london, we've had enormous protests against roads
