We're all human. We ought to surround ourselves with people w we know like and trust. But there's a couple of phrases that come up really frequently when i survey my readers about building relationships: self confidence or lack of self confidence, fear of failure. Turn it around and keep the focus on the other persn but there's a little bit of a twist. So let's say you're talking to some one who's very important. It could be a boss, it could be a potential client. Whoever it is, turn things around and ask questions of that person, but do not ask questions about their area of expertse.
