The Pickering nuclear power plant in Ontario has been given a life extension. The government of Ontario is now the most pernuclear political jurisdiction in the Western world. "It made for a better way to frame an argument around nuclear energy than just theoretically talking about nuclear," says John Defterios, co-founder and executive director of Nuclear Power Canada.
