People assume that it's only going to be 10% struggle and 90 or 80%, 90% good times when in reality it's flipped, which causes them to feel frustrated all the time. Most people have the wrong expectation about their career or their ambition or their goal of what they're trying to build. So if you could just accept reality and understand that it's yeah, what we're doing is hard. It comes with a big, heaping spoonful of fucking hard and it never goes away.
