For MTRs we take 15 percent. If the house can bring in more than 650 dollars a night we're going to knock it down to 18 percent. We actually route all payment to our homeowner and then we bill our homeowner at the end of the month. In California you cannot be a property manager without being a broker. That means we cannot hold funds. And that's like the biggest thing like it's literally legal. You cannot do it.
