I would say that for people who are trafficking clearly in blatant hate, that that is not part of the public square. Even if there's some of that, it may be technically protected in the First Amendment. I don't think they need to be fact checking the New York Times and the Washington Post about whether the media is being played. There are stories about me that have been written by the New York Post and I think are false. But they're not defamation. They're within the bounds of public debate.
