No one wants to be one of them. Ye, so you don't come along with your contrary opinion,. say, i think there some someonses. You need to get on board the division. Ye, it's more you're, you're again swimming in the sea. O, you need to be on board with the vision. The most effective way of doing that that does get used all the time is making examples of people that aren't on boardwith the vision. It's incredible how often that's being referenced in the febic that we're getting. And yes, like you say, this idea of vision in itself, depending on how it's framed, not necessarily
