Are You Trying to Democratize Leadership?

Leadership isn't usually, well, there are kinds of leadership that are articulated, like thought leadership, etc. That's action. And so, and a lot of modern quote unquote action is just different iterations of articulation. I also think that we have availability to democratize leadership. It's just self leadership. Now, it's the only kind of leadership that can be democratized is self leadership.And that's one that personally I'm very interested in. Self leadership is extremely interesting to me, leading other people, maybe, but self leadership, absolutely.
