There's lots of news breaking as of late last night and it's thrown Mary and me into a tizzy because we planned on the weekend what we were going to talk about. One was sort of a back and forth with Nauta's counsel saying that he could not be physically present at the so-called SIPA hearing in Florida. That is sort of water under the bridge other than I don't know about you Mary but I thought one of the things that was really interesting was not just that right upon their filing Jack Smith's team it was like a crack response team they like immediately had their response in. And then finally we'll address the ongoing disciplinary proceedings with respect to two
