The Importance of Science in CrossFit
In the CrossFit community, it's very common to follow a paleo diet. You get on instagram and you start seeing the praises of CrossFit training Uh and the paleo diet And then you start from that supposition of a place if this is what worked great for me engaging with science. We also have to think about how do we address when we see people who aren't science based and not just assuming That necessarily they're willfully ignorant or malicious Or trying to sell you something But that’s why we have to put science first versus a method.
