In a hypergrowth company, the way that you had worked in the past does not scale. And so i think one of the moments that was really defining for me was, i just got to a point where i was like, i just don't even know how to deal with this. Investing in my people became more and more of a focus, rather than thinking just about the product. Um, those are the things that have to keep in mind, i think, as a product leader.
