The Importance of Mindfulness Meditation

The Buddha used the poly term anata, which literally means negation plus the word for self. In later years it's more been translated not self and I prefer that because it lends itself to an active investigation. What mindfulness meditation does is it gives us a way to come fully into the present moment.
